This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing services from our website, you agree to the terms described below:
A. Refunds at Client's Discretion
- Full Refund within 1 Hour of Purchase: Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if a written request is made via email to finnbull.india@gmail.com within one (1) hour of making the payment. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
- Non-Refundable Orders: Once your order has been assigned to our internal team or professional network (including consultants, legal experts, CAs, CSs, engineers, or advisors), it is non-refundable due to the allocation of time and resources.
- Lack of Response from Client: If we do not receive a response to our emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages for more than 48 hours, the order will be deemed cancelled by default. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Consultant Approval Requirement: All refunds are subject to review and approval by the assigned consultant. Finnbull will not mediate disputes between clients and consultants, and such matters must be resolved directly between the parties.
- Client Responsibility & Acknowledgement:
- You understand all applicable government fees, document requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- You are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
- Failure to provide required documents within 7 days will result in the service being marked as completed, with any outstanding balance remaining payable.
- Time and consultation carry value; any professional time spent on your request will be billed accordingly, irrespective of completion status.
B. Refunds Due to Inability to Provide Service
- Regulatory Restrictions: No refund will be issued if services become non-viable due to changes in legal or regulatory frameworks that render the client ineligible for approvals, licenses, or certifications.
- Professional Unavailability: If all necessary documents and qualifications have been provided and no professional in our network is available or willing to complete the assignment, Finnbull will attempt to reassign your request. If we are unable to fulfill your service request within 90 days, you may request a refund by writing to finnbull.india@gmail.com.
- Delays Due to Government Authorities: Delays caused by regulatory departments, statutory bodies, or government authorities are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Application Rejection by Authorities: If your application is rejected by government agencies for reasons not attributable to Finnbull or its professionals, no refund will be issued.
- Government-Imposed Penalties: You agree to bear all government-imposed fines, penalties, or charges. Finnbull and its consultants are not liable for any such consequences.
C. General Refund Restrictions
- Refunds will not be processed once the requested documents have been shared with the client via email or WhatsApp.
- Change of mind, cancellation of plans, or dissatisfaction due to processing time will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.
- Orders placed by agents, intermediaries, or unauthorized professionals are considered violations of our terms and will not be eligible for a refund.
